Hyderabad, April 25: In the 41st match of IPL Season 17, an exciting T20 match was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium today.

IPL 2024: RCB vs SRH
1st Inning: Batting first, Royal Challengers Bangalore made a brilliant score of 206 runs.
The explosive innings of Rajat Patidar’s 50 (20), Virat Kohli’s 51 (43) and Cameron Green’s unbeaten 37 (20) provided strength to the team.
For Hyderabad, Jaydev Unadkat took 3 wickets and T Natarajan took 2 wickets, but now they need 207 runs to win.
2nd Inning: Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad tried to chase the bowling from the start, as they have been doing all season, but this time the plan failed as they lost four wickets inside the powerplay.
Apart from Abhishek Sharma’s 13-ball 31 at the top, Shahbaz Ahmed 40 (37) and Pat Cummins 31 (15) made valuable contributions for SRH, but in the end they could only manage 171 runs after losing all the wickets in 20 overs.
The win over SRH was RCB’s second win of the season in nine matches. But on the other hand, due to this victory of RCB, analysts believe that their position in the points table may not have improved as they are currently at the lowest position.
In the future strategy, Sunrisers need to improve their batting so that they can perform better in the upcoming matches.
They can also try to strengthen their bowling so that they can put more pressure in the matches.
Apart from this RCB also needs to improve both batting and bowling so that they can stabilize their game and compete effectively in the next matches.
RCB vs SRH: Statement
Pat Cummins | SRH captain: Not an ideal night. Few over par with the ball and unfortunately lost a few wickets throughout our innings. We were gonna bat first, it seems to be working for us. Before the last few wins, we were thinking that we were a bowl-first team.
Didn’t go our way. (Message to the group) I speak after wins, Dan (Vettori) speaks after losses. The boys have been going really well, it’s T20 cricket, you are not going to win every game. Don’t dwell on this too much. (High risk, high reward approach with the bat) I think it’s our strong suit.

Faf, RCB captain: Last two games, we’ve shown great signs of fight. SRH game was 270 plus, we got 260. KKR game as well – 1 run. We’ve been close for a while, but you need to win matches to get confidence as a group. Will sleep easier tonight.
