An unexpected incident took place in an IPL 2024 match which was being played between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

The match, which saw a brilliant partnership between CSK’s new captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and all-rounder Shivam Dubey, provided many exciting moments to the audience. But when the cameraman focused on Dhoni, the former CSK skipper expressed his displeasure.
Dhoni, who is usually known for his calm and composed nature, was sitting in the dressing room at that time and watching the team’s performance. When the camera zoomed in on him, he picked up a water bottle while looking towards the cameraman and threatened to throw it. This scene was displayed on the big screen of the stadium, causing a stir in the stadium.
After this incident, Dhoni came on the field and hit a brilliant four in the last over of his innings to take CSK to a big score. This innings of Dhoni once again revealed his dedication and skill towards the game.
This behavior of Dhoni probably shows his sensitivity towards privacy. However, it is also possible that he was under pressure from the game at that time and any kind of obstacle was distracting him.
His reaction received mixed reactions on social media, with some fans supporting his behavior while others found it out of character.
