Why does Dhoni sleep at 3 AM ? Know the secret !
After the match, Dhoni said, “I used to sleep very late because when the match was going on, the schedule was from 8 to 11-11.30, then there was the post-match presentation. Then you used to pack your kit bag, by the time you reach back to the hotel it’s around 1-1:15 pm. After that you have to pack your kit bag. You have to leave it outside and by the time you do all this, it is too late.
Dhoni further concluded in the video “So instead of sleeping from 10 pm to 6 am or from 11 pm to 7 am, I will sleep from 3 am to 11 am. So I will get at least 8 hours of sleep. I definitely have to do that. I was always well-rested at night, never felt tired after the IPL was over.
After this win, Chennai Super Kings are now hoping to perform excellently in the next matches as well, strengthening their claim. They are now motivated to continue their journey without any hindrance while Punjab need to work on their errors so that they can perform better next time.
