Tamannaah Bhatia, IPL streaming case: After responding to Maharashtra Cyber Cell summons, actress Tamannaah Bhatia has sought more time to explain her position in the illegal IPL matches streaming case.
It has been reported that he was called to appear before the Maharashtra Cyber Cell on 29th April, but he has requested not to appear for this date due to his busy shooting schedule.
Tamannaah was summoned as a witness in her illegal IPL match streaming case last week. This matter quickly went viral on various social media platforms.
According to sources, Tamanna has informed the cyber cell that she is not present in Mumbai, but she may be made available again later. Despite this, the Cyber Cell has not yet announced the new date.
Last week, Tamannaah’s name came into limelight in the illegal IPL match streaming case. He has been asked to appear before Maharashtra Cyber, where he is expected to be with Sanjay Dutt and Jacqueline Fernandez to provide information in the case.
In the case of IPL match streaming, a complaint was made against Fair Play by Viacom18 for streaming the players’ game, which caused loss of crores of rupees to Viacom.
After the incident, an employee of the betting app was arrested. In the coming days, more Bollywood stars may also be called for questioning in this matter.
