In a recent contest played by Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Supergiants, Rashid Khan dropped an easy catch and felt very disheartened due to his careless effort but the captain of the side, Gill ran towards him and consoled the player which earned Gill a huge applause from all the fans. LSG scored a total of 163/5 in the first innings and while chasing the given total, GT could score only 130 runs in 18.5 overs and lost the contest by a margin of 33 runs.
Rashid Khan Dropped the catch of Marcus Stoinis
Rashid Khan mistakenly dropped the catch of a well-settled batter, Stoinis who was continuously hitting runs for the side and was creating hurdles for the Gujarat Titans. In the 14th over of the innings, Khan dropped an easy catch and felt very disappointed for his efforts but Gill did not leave him alone and provided the support to the player and encouraged him to do better.
Hardik Pandya joined Mumbai Indians for the ongoing season of the tournament due to which Gill is appointed the captain of Gujarat Titans and he’s impressing all the fans with his outstanding leadership and sportsmanship skills.
