In a recent contest against the Lucknow Super Giants, Ravindra Jadeja took an unbelievable catch on the first delivery of the 18th over to dismiss the skipper of LSG and also restricted him from completing his century. His magnificent is getting a lot of appreciation and Ravi Shastri also complemented his catch by giving the title of the “Catch of the IPL 2024”. 

However, Rahul and de Kock had already cleared the way for the LSG’s victory as they made a brilliant partnership of 134 runs for the first wicket. The performance of the bowlers of CSK was not good in the clash also the surface conditions at the venue did not favour them to bring any breakthrough.

Jadeja also plays the role of a crucial bowler for the side. He has picked up 4 wickets in the past 4 matches at an average of 49.00 and an economy of 7.84. In IPL 2023, he clinched a total of 20 wickets at a bowling average of 21.55 and an economy rate of 7.56 including the best bowling figures in an innings of 3/20. In 233 matches, he has clinched a total of 156 wickets for the side at an average of 30.07 and an economy of 7.61.
