The 15th match of IPL 2024 is being played at Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy Cricket Stadium.

DC vs CSK, 1st Inning: Set target by DC against CSK
Their openers David Warner and Prithvi Shaw gave the team a great start. Both of them added 93 runs for the first wicket.
During this, Warner scored 62nd half-century of his IPL career. He was out after scoring 52 runs with the help of five fours and three sixes in 35 balls.
Pathirana took an amazing catch of Warner on the ball of Mustafizur Rahman, due to which Delhi Capitals’ first wicket fell at the score of 93 in the 10th over.
Till the 15th over, Mathisha Pathirana gave two big blows to Delhi, Pathirana first bowled Mitchell Marsh and then bowled Truston Stubbs on zero. After which the score of Delhi was 134 runs for 4 wickets.
Delhi was given a stormy start by Prithvi Shaw and David Warner, then it seemed that the score would easily cross 200, but in the middle overs, Mathisha Pathirana stopped Delhi from scoring a huge score by taking consecutive wickets.
In the end Delhi Capitals scored 191 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs after playing first.
DC vs CSK, 2nd Inning: Recounter by CSK
In today’s explosive match of DC vs CSK, Capital kept its pressure on with the strength of fielding by giving 192 targets to Kings.
Chennai Super Kings lost two wickets in the first ten overs to reach the target of 192 given by DC and could score only 75 runs in return.
By the 13th, CSK had lost 3 wickets and finally Gaikwad’s team achieved the score of 102 in their account.
Later, by the time 15 overs were reached, they reached 113 runs after losing 5 wickets.
While reaching the target of 192, despite losing 6 wickets at the end of 20 overs, CSK could reach only 171 runs.
With this, this evening was recorded as a victory for the people of Delhi.
DC vs CSK: Statement
Pant, DC captain: Bowlers have been clinical today. We’ve learnt from our mistake. He’s been working hard from last two weeks (Shaw). We thought it’s time to give him a chance and he flourished.
It will depend on match to match, but if Mukesh can bowl at the death it’ll be great. As a cricketer I’ve to give my 100 percent. Took some time initially as I haven’t played much cricket in the last 1.5 years.
This is something I’ve depended my life on. Always had the self-belief that whatever happens, it’s important to come back to the ground.
Ruturaj | CSK captain: I think I was pretty much happy with the way they (bowlers) came back after the start (powerplay). Restricting them to 191 was a good effort. The pitch was on the better side in the first innings.
Second innings there was extra seam movement and spongy bounce. I felt he (Rachin) was missing it by a big margin. We couldn’t get going in the first three overs and that was the difference.
At the halfway stage it was getable. There was extra seam movement and we couldn’t capitalize and we were always behind. We didn’t get the big over to reduce the run rate.
Not really (if an extra bowler in the line up with help in powerplay). Deepak is always used to bowling 3 overs. Even though the first four overs were good, the last two overs were expensive. After two good games you can expect the third game to go below par and that’s nothing to worry about.
Just two or three hits here and there, in the field if we had stopped one or two boundaries it could have been different.
