The third T20 match in Dharamshala today was a treat to watch! India defeated South Africa by 7 wickets and took a 2-1 lead in the five-match series.

Our fast bowlers were brilliant in the cool conditions, restricting the African team to just 117 runs. The batsmen then comfortably chased down the target.
Pacers Dominate
From the start, Arshdeep Singh, Harshit Rana, and Hardik Pandya bowled brilliantly. The swing and movement with the new ball were so dangerous that South Africa lost three wickets for just 7 runs. By the end of the powerplay, the score was 25/3.
Arshdeep took 2/13, Harshit 2/34, and Hardik 1/23, breaking the back of the South African batting lineup. Captain Aiden Markram fought a lone battle, scoring 61 runs off 46 balls, otherwise, the team would have been dismissed for an even lower score. Ultimately, South Africa was all out for 117.
A Little Struggle in the Chase, Then an Easy Win
With a small target, it seemed India would win easily. Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill put on a quick 60-run opening partnership, with Abhishek hitting big shots. However, after Abhishek’s dismissal, the scoring rate slowed down slightly.
South Africa bowled well and made the Indian batsmen work hard. Then, Shivam Dube finished the match in the last over with a four and a six. India won by 7 wickets in just 15.5 overs.
The series has now become very interesting with India leading. The next match is going to be even more exciting.
Our bowlers are in fantastic form, and the batsmen are also scoring runs when needed. On a cool evening in Dharamshala, the Indian team delighted the fans.
