“This event cannot be compared to the USA or any other country. It will definitely be a more successful event than the T20 World Cup.
The pitches were not that good there, the stadiums were far away and the hotels were somewhere else.
The locals did not know what was happening in their cities, only the foreigners living there knew about cricket.”
Butt added, “When such a trophy comes to this part of the world, be it India, Pakistan or Bangladesh, the love and respect that the players will get will be different. Also, the teams will not have to travel for hours.
Everything will be sealed and it will take just six minutes for the team to reach the stadium. This is presidential security; such a feeling can never be had in the USA.”
