Team India captain Shubman Gill has brought much relief to everyone. After suffering a neck injury in the Kolkata Test, he landed at Guwahati airport today without his neck brace.

The entire team arrived in Guwahati for the second Test on Wednesday evening, and fans were delighted to see Gill smiling and talking.
Gill is recovering from his neck injury
Gill experienced severe neck pain on the second day of the first Test in Kolkata. He was taken to the hospital, underwent overnight checkups, and was discharged the next day.
He was wearing a neck brace at the time and was having difficulty walking. India lost the match by 30 runs. Now, in just a few days, his condition has improved so much that the brace was removed.
A decision will be made before the second Test
The BCCI has clearly stated that Gill will remain with the team, and the medical team is conducting daily checkups.
The second Test begins in Guwahati on November 22nd. The decision on his inclusion in the playing XI may be postponed until the last minute.
Nitish Kumar Reddy has already been called in for security. Sai Sudharshan and Devdutt Padikkal are also practicing hard in the nets.
The pitch in Guwahati is red soil, and both spin and bounce are expected. In such a situation, right-handed batsman Gill is crucial for team balance.
Currently, Gill is moving around normally without the brace and has also started light practice with the team. Fans are praying for the captain to recover and return to the field.
